An adult patient came to us with a clear goal: improve her smile aesthetics without undergoing orthodontic or orthognathic treatments. She wanted a visible and simple solution that fit her personal limitations

The initial idea was to design veneers from canine to canine. However, after facial and digital analysis by Elevantia Solutions, we recommended extending the design to include tooth 24 to enhance the smile’s width. Additionally, crown lengthening was proposed to harmonize the gingival contour and reduce gingival exposure

The case continued with an upgrade to a Gingival Guide, allowing for a precise and preplanned surgical procedure. After the surgery, the patient underwent tooth whitening and is now in the healing phase. The treatment will continue with Reduction Guides and then Composite Pressed Design
