This was a complex case involving a patient with multiple dental issues: poor-prognosis teeth, bone lesions, failing bridges, and poor occlusion




After a full clinical and radiographic analysis, we recommended extracting non-viable teeth, performing bone grafts and ridge augmentation, placing new implants, and replacing existing restorations
We created a Full Mouth Guided Design, opening the vertical dimension (OVD) to improve the interarch relationship. All teeth were restored with crowns, and the occlusion was corrected from Class II to Class I molar, ensuring both functional stability and esthetic balance
