This patient had multiple previous restorations, including crowns, bridges, and implants. She wanted to improve both the function and aesthetics of her smile. We proposed a comprehensive Full Mouth Guided Design, combining veneers, crowns, and bridges, along with an adjustment to the Occlusal Vertical Dimension to restore a functional and aesthetic bite

Crown lengthening was also recommended to achieve a more harmonious gingival contour. Since the patient had a CBCT scan available, we included a Periodontical Analysis with the upgrade to the Gingival Guide, allowing for highly accurate surgical planning.
