An older patient came to us with severe tooth wear that caused discomfort while eating. Her main concern was to restore her chewing ability, although she also hoped to improve the appearance of her smile

We developed a Full Mouth Guided Design, combining veneers and crowns to rebuild the dentition and recover the vertical dimension. The teeth were lengthened incisally through the restorations, resulting in a more youthful and harmonious smile, achieved without any surgical procedures
