An older patient seeking esthetic improvement without drastically changing her smile. Her main goal was to restore lost vertical dimension caused by dental wear, but with a natural and subtle result

Upon analysis, we found her teeth were well positioned and in good condition. We proposed a Composite Pressed Design, using a tooth library closely resembling her natural teeth and making slight modifications to meet her expectations

Although not all diastemas could be completely closed, the final outcome was a noticeable esthetic improvement while maintaining her natural character and smile harmony
